I've certainly been busy every day. Below are some photos of hand painted fabric I'm working on. I'm making more Spray Paint Babies & other things I haven't decided on yet. I started with cotton fabric & painted gesso & acrylic paint as the base. I love the look & feel of spray paint, so next I sprayed various stencil designs over the acrylic paint. On a recent trip to Asbury, I popped into ReBearth Art Supply & was turned onto Ironlak spray paint.

Finally...I struggled with this one...I had other ideas for the background, but I just wasn't "feelin" it. This background is collaged...which just sort of happened. I'm happy with the outcome.  I've started a new series of paintings/mixed media. They are small, about 9"x12", but I have so many ideas I want to work quickly. I'm focusing on the meaning of beauty...what it means to me and how it most likely differs with others. I've been finding random images of people that strike me visually and elicit an emotion.
